Most of our clients are using Peachtree and Quick Books; these are what we generally use in our office. Some clients use industry-specific software, which we learn as needed. (e.g. Brainstorm for motor sports, Master Builder for construction, and Manage-It for property management), Our Internet clients send their transaction files directly from their website to our office for a seamless import into the accounting records, thereby eliminating data entry costs and errors. All our files are backed up each night, and removed from the premises for safety.
